Foreign Service Engineering Officer Details/Apply Must be a U.S. citizen. Worldwide availability is a requirement of the position. Must be between 18 and 59 years old at the time of application. A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or architecture plus six (6) years of relevant experience including three (3) years overseas or diverse work experience. Relevant professional work experience required.
