The Program Specialist will assist the Associate Technical Director of (CIHEB) with the performance of projects, including program planning and monitoring implementation plans, tracking activities and milestones, and bridging technical and operational needs. This position is expected to function independently, exercise discretion, and contributes to assignments and projects that require significant evaluation, originality, and ingenuity.
