National Birth Equity Collaborative: Policy Analyst
Position Summary The National Birth Equity Collaborative seeks a Policy Analyst to support our federal policy agenda. The Policy Analyst will assist the Policy Director in expanding our legislative and regulatory plans. The National Birth Equity Collaborative (NBEC) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to eliminating racial disparities in maternal health and birth outcomes. We work to advance birth equity by creating solutions that optimize Black maternal and infant health through training, research, policy advocacy, and community-centered collaboration. The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to advancing reproductive justice for Black and brown communities, experience developing innovative policy solutions, and be a subject matter expert on maternal health. A clear understanding of the maternity care system, maternal health research, and comfort with providing technical assistance to fellow stakeholders is also idea.
