This free Certificate course on Inclusive and Ethical Leadership features 40 TEDx style sessions (10-30mins) from 50+ experts from all corners of the world covering cutting-edge research and best practices under 8 sections. This is a joint effort between the The Leadership Summit and the University of South Florida. 

This is a self-paced course open to all, in which the participants can start any time and finish by December 31, 2022. 

The 8 sections are:

  1. Leadership Basics
  2. Communication
  3. Conflict Management
  4. Ethical Leadership / Decision Making
  5. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  6. Innovation
  7. Work/Family Life Balance
  8. Self-Development

To finish this course, participants must view lectures in this 8 sections of the course. For each section , there will be a quiz in which the participants must achieve 70% or more to get a passing grade in each lecture.The participants can retake the quizzes if needed. 

The contents of this course is free of charge. However, if the participants would like to get a certificate from the University of South Florida, they need to pay $99 certification fee.  The certificate version offers 2.0 CEUs, however it is up to the participants to check if these CEUs are approved by other organizations
