Minimum qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in Partnerships and/or Business Development
  •  Business strategy and stakeholder management experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Mater's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration
  • Experience in partnerships, coalition building, advocacy, or business development
  • Knowledge of healthcare businesses and ecosystems
  • Excellent critical thinking, presentation, decision making communication, and problem-solving skills

About the job

Part of Global Partnerships, the Partnership Solutions team for Health at Google provides strategic support to cross-functional teams delivering health services across Google.

In this role, you will support developing a unified Google narrative in healthcare, touching on diverse topics ranging from healthcare technology to public health advocacy priorities. You will tailor this holistic Google perspective to partners spanning health systems, providers insurers, research institutions, foundations, universities, and more.

In addition, you will drive the implementation of strategic projects and core operational processes. Finally, you will effectively execute in cross-functional environments across deadlines, and work across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver thought leadership and strategic guidance on a unified, partner-facing narrative, and collaborate with broader Google healthcare teams to build a playbook for cross-product area healthcare efforts.
  • Work directly with the Lead of Healthcare Partnership Solutions and advise on strategic priorities for Health at Google.
  • Explore and lead coalition building across other technology companies working in healthcare.
  • Distill ambiguous ideas, and work cross-functionally to explore and test the potential for agreement archetypes in healthcare.
  • Drive operational aptitude to support execution of product-enabling partnership goals, including managing leadership forums, shaping global healthcare stakeholder community, project prioritization, resource planning, and allocation, business analysis, and annual business planning.
