Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of relevant experience in project management, program management, social impact measurement, or strategy consulting
  • Experience using spreadsheet software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to report to multiple stakeholders, providing frequent updates and effective communication while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Data-driven and able to translate data, insights and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer surveys, reports, and other instruments to monitor the ongoing social impact of our work and support the development of dashboards and other tools that help track and visualize this impact. 
  • Conduct data analysis and synthesis that helps inform grant-making strategy and improve design and implementation of interventions and programs.
  • Serve as a partner to members of the Google.org team on grant design, evaluations, research, learning initiatives, and data requests.  
  • Assist with synthesizing, writing, and communicating in understandable ways Google.org’s impact and insights to internal and external audiences.
