Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience.
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.

The Program Manager will manage the NIH/NIMHD funded Research Centers in Minority Institutions (RCMI) U54 housed in the HEALTH Research Institute. The RCMI will address chronic health disparities in minority communities by going from bench science to translational research to dissemination and implementation.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
A demonstrated history of managing large research projects and working with Black, Asian, Latinx, and/or Native American communities.
Location
This position will have the option of working remotely or in the office until further notice.
