Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia (HMHBGA) is hosting its 46th Annual Conference, October 26-28, 2020.
Our HMHBGA team believes it will be a beneficial virtual experience for community members, organizations as well as providers. We are offering 20 scholarships for the three days of the conference (15 to community members and 5 to nonprofit organizations) this year to assist with any hardships that may prevent attendance. Residents of Georgia, community members with a financial need (unemployed or on volunteer status), Clinicians ( J1 visa applicant, show how topics would tie into their work, employed by government agency, community-based provider, doula, and/or makes less than $40,000), and nonprofit organizations with an operating budget less than $500,000 are eligible to apply. We will only accept the first forty applications received before 4:00 PM EST on October 1, 2020 for review and you must attend all three days of the conference.
Please complete the questionnaire below by October 1, 2020 (no exceptions will be made). Successful scholarship winners will be notified by email by October 7, 2020 and required to provide any necessary financial verification.
