The collaboration will provide insight and support programming on mutual areas of interest, including health, education, gender-based violence, gender equity and economic empowerment.
To support their collaborative agenda, Quilt.AI and ICRW are seeking to hire three to four enthusiastic and results-oriented part-time Research & Program Associates to play a central role supporting research in one or several of the following issue areas:

To support their collaborative agenda, Quilt.AI and ICRW are seeking to hire three to four enthusiastic and results-oriented part-time Research & Program Associates to play a central role supporting research in one or several of the following issue areas:
We are looking for candidates who possess strong research and communication skills, organizational and team skills and who are committed to the principles of gender equity and social inclusion. Successful applicants will have credible volunteer or work experience in the issue areas mentioned above.
The Research Associates will work virtually and be managed by senior researchers out of ICRW’s office in Washington, DC. Employment arrangements will be managed by Quilt AI through its New York City office.
This is a remote, part-time position for up to 20 hours per week through August 30th unless otherwise stipulated.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree program in a relevant field (education, gender equity, women & gender studies, sociology, public health, computer science, etc.)
Experience:
Two (2) years relevant experience in collection, management, and analysis of research data, either as a volunteer or in a professional capacity, working on issues detailed above.
Previous experience in coding, programming, web data extraction, digital research and so on, is highly desirable.
