The TeleHealth Care Coordinator is a healthcare professional who works at Redirect Health corporate headquarters location by helping our Members with the navigation of a complex healthcare system. This individual will work closely with Members, giving them an inspiring and positive experience when calling in to our 24/7 EverydayCare line. This position requires a proactive, influential individual who also excels in written and oral communication and thrives on following through of tasks assigned to them.

Available Schedules:
(4) 10-Hour Shifts - Nights
(3) 12-Hour Shifts - Nights / Days
(5) 8-Hour Shifts - Mornings / Days / Evenings
Weekend Shifts Available

Location: 13430 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 200, Scottsdale, AZ 85254
Experience/Skills:
  • 1 Year of Healthcare Administrative Support Role or Healthcare Customer Service related role, Required
  • 1 year of telephonic customer service with heavy call volume, Preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and an electronic medical record system, Preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English), Highly Desired
