Are you experienced in responding to outbreaks and ready for new opportunities?
We are urgently seeking public health professionals including clinical staff, technical advisors and experienced logistic support to join our roster of people ready to respond globally to COVID-19. We have live opportunities immediately available for the right people.
UK-Med have been responding to humanitarian emergencies for over 30 years. We played a key role in the Ebola response in Sierra Leone - recruiting, preparing and deploying health professionals. In the last few months our teams have undertaken outbreak preparedness and response activities around EVD, COVID-19 and measles across three continents. Our Outbreak Response Roster includes health professionals, logisticians and specialists in Epidemiology, IPC, WASH, community engagement, training, leadership/coordination and field support roles but we need more people to meet current global needs.
Our responses to the COVID-19 pandemic so far have focused on preparedness – advising WHO offices and Ministries of Health on their approaches and supporting training of health professionals in infection prevention and control (IPC) and case management. Now we need to grow our rosters to meet growing needs.
